Ahhh, this design brings back good memories...Before I joined neopets. I was getting designs ready and colors ready. So decided to redraw this old picture...

If you were to guess by the hair and the ring on his tail. Its Ryvender, before he died and became a feairy zafara and lost a great majority of his memory (Again)

Anyway, back then...Ry use to be part of the military. Though his name use to be Rishdeon. He even had the title "The SplitSecond Alchemist" When he was given the title. It was thought he uses Alchemy to increase his speed. But it was just found out that "Rish" Uses time alchemy. He would slow down time, thus it was mistaken he uses speed. Fighting "Rish" could be very hard. The best way to defeat him is to find his transmutation circle that helps him bend time. The only problem is that the circle is hidden. Its thought to be on his gloves or hands, due the fact he claps his hands to activate the circle. But it wasn't there... Unlike the others, they have their pocket watches, well in their pocket. But "Rish" Like his watch hanging at his side. Soon after, he was promoted to Colonel.
