Well, I might disappoint you a little but almost all of gear is produced and sold only in Russia.
The ΠΏΠ°ΡΡΠΈΠ·Π°Π½-ΠΌ battlesuit, the Π½Π΅ΡΠΏΠ° tactical vest and ΠΠ-7 gas mask are hard for you to find. And there won't be problems with other stuff. Any tactical hoster, any buttpack (on left leg) and the Corcoran boots, that, according to seller, were made in US
