it's small here we have only 2 conventions but i spend more time in the UK then here. belgian cosplayers are mostly basterds.
hellsing they don't like it here that much it's more naruto/bleach/code geass, all the mainstream stuff

Isn't it always... Naruto sucks big time... Bleach is OK, but they began stalling and boring the shit out of it, Tite Kubo should know better. Hellsing is really great, maybe a little over the top with the blood, it sometimes looks like they are intentionaly making it more and more bloody, I mean, gushing rivers of blood and all... but still, it's cool.
I'd really like to see a convention sometime, but, here it's far from popular.
