Yup! You thought I stopped caring for KOTM? Well fuck you haters! The film is spectacular! However, there have been reports and confirmed leaks that so many scenes of the film were left in the cutting room. And you can definitely blame Warner Bros for that. We already got the Snyder Cut of Justice League, and we definitely need the Dougherty Cut of this. Even Michael Dougherty stated about so many scenes he has are cut off (those I'm gonna list) are actually what he desperately wanted revive for his film. WB forced him with some MCU Jokes (there's one that sucked).

Here are the scenes that were cut off and are mentioned in the Novelization as well:
- More flashbacks involving Andrew Russell before his death
- Mothra laid a new egg back in China
- Madison trying to reach Monarch
- More Mass Awakening scenes
- The relationship between Mark and Chen
- The Death of Madison/Madison in the afterlife
- Post Credit Scene with Dr. Chen and Ling at the new Mothra temple for the new egg
- The mentioning of Godzilla Aftershock events
- The Death of Admiral Stenz

The song that was unused but thankfully released online:
