Theres a simple thing called Stand Poser and Ragdoll Mover. It makes posing in Gmod a hell of alot better.

I have both.

Rag mover is kind of annoying to use and for me it doesn't seem to help a whole lot.

To me, I only use it for tiny characters to be ontop the big characters.
