I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being Luan. Chances are that ahead of time, she recorded herself or someone she hired climbing out of a not-so-deep well while wearing a wig and dress. She probably made the phone calls herself while disguising her voice. When the tape ends, she is standing behind Lana and Lucy while wearing the costume and scares the pants off them before revealing herself.
