Backstory: Flora is one of two daughters of the Humpback family born in the town close to where Inkopolis opened up. She developed her shyness at about four months of age, but her parents didn’t notice it at first. Upon meeting a next-door neighbor in her neighborhood, Flora didn’t make a good first impression but still made friends with them. She also got along very well with her twin sister and has shown to be the only Inkling she’s not been shy around. Things changed when her family moved to Inkopolis when it opened. Flora didn’t stabilize her humanoid form until her 14th birthday, months after opening day. In her first Turf War, Flora focused on turf rather than splats, and she had helpful teammates. Her first Splatfest was Past Vs. Future, with Future being the team she got. It must’ve been out of pure luck because Flora was allowed to dance with the Squid Sisters during the Callie Vs. Marie Splatfest. After the results of the final Splatfest by the Squid Sisters, she ran into Devin and formed a friendship with him. On the same day, Flora and Devin met Sp3nc3r in the same restaurant. After a few days, he introduced them both to Jessica, and together they formed the Family of Friends.
