haha something i had in mind since i created Joe and splashing dash = u= ...dont misdunderstand! i just love how a farm boy and a magikarp will go trough hardship to do something useful during this warso here was like the first test run in kanto navy! you know who is the black horse here

Joe can use it if he is sevrely attacked or let charlotte or jackie to realise that fisure bomb in the enemyies boat if things got very wrong... or also joe can jump to asist their palls to a safety return *dunno why i magine Joe and Tauros doing a big and dramatic jump to strike some enemies (and Joe just saying "hey there! whats taking you so long...*removed from the pokemon and see that tauros landed on some enemies*... VTuT what a happy landing"

For joe...any pokemon that isnt seen in a farm or so is barelly new to him...he dunno about magikarps evolution and less about potential of the pkmn...must be similar for many ppl since at this time pkmn research are still starting

bounce was already too much for a magikarp...call me old fashioned but i consider that is more challenging to have a magikarp like un old scholl when hardly can learn tackle xD ...i put flail as attack but is a move that no one yet discovered in Splashingdash

haha I'm the same, my Magikarp just has splash and tackle, because I didn't know they learnt anything else until someone pointed it out X3 was thinking to give it flail and bounce and then after round 2 evolve it.

XD and yet we forget all about the new areas and new pokemon. Kanto must've shut itself away after the war and not let any imports or exports of people, goods or pokemon! Yeah that must be it.
