Description
I made this for the singular purpose of killing O.C.s. I imagined what you would get if you combined pyramid head, the Creeper from Jeepers Creepers, and Kayako Saeki from the Grudge. I imagined a water spirit that would relentlessly pursue its victims.

Name: The Silent One
Hobbies: None, it is a spirit of vengeance and will kill anyone who mistakingly wanders into the abandoned waterworks it lives in and sees it. Other that it will hunt victims it likes the taste of.
Special power(s): She has the ability to regenerate any part of her body by devouring a similar part from a victim. In this manner, she can survive for centuries, replenishing her deteriorated body by feeding on humans for replacement parts. The ability also works as a form of healing factor, as she can discard injured or maimed body parts after acquiring a replacement version. It's not really clear whether this is actually necessary or if she merely chooses to use human parts since she can restore herself by returning to any body of water. In addition to her regenerative powers, she has a high level of durability. Should she be completely destroyed her spirit will reform in the waterworks where she started. She can transform parts of her body to create wings, fins, or other animal parts as needed. She has superhuman levels of strength. She has the ability to detect her prey via echolocation, smell, and sight.
Personality: She is silent and unresponsive to most forms of stimuli.
