Story Time!

It had been a rather quiet day, Pidge and Lemon were settled out in a grassy area catching some rays. Lemon reading up about different types of flora, finding the many varieties fascinating. Pidge, on the other hand, was messing with various types of wires and plugs. Granted, Lemon had grown used to the sight of Pidge shoving unknown things into her mouth. So when she shoved a plug into her face, he barely reacted.

As the day moved on, Lemon sat up and tapped his sister on the shoulder. "Hey look at this, did you know the Aster symbolizes patience?? and look they come in so many different colors!" He spouted at her. Pidge took a look at his book, and attempted to not squint at the printed words. Why were they so blurry? "Y..ya, pretty" she honestly didn't know what to say, as she didn't know what was written on the page. For some reason, that was all it took for Lemon to tilt his head in confusion.

Oh no did she squint? Pidge didn't want her brother to know he had been right about her needing glasses for the past week. Needless to say, that's what he was catching onto. "Pidge you didn't read anything on that page did you..." When she shook her head, her brother only let out a small huff and began gathering their things.

"Whatta' doin' Bun?" Lemon looked over his shoulder as he rolled up the blanket they had been resting on. "We're getting you glasses, whether you like it or not." Before Pidge could protest, he shot a glare at her. Well that was new, Lemon had always been the more 'ill just follow what you say' kind of auri, but now he was promptly leading the duo. Honestly, it scares her to know what he's like when he's really pissed off.

However, after a checkup and a waiting time of about 6 or 7 hours. Pidge had a new pair of simply black framed glasses that rested on her face, and boy could she see everything. Though, the 'I told you so' look of her brother killed the mood.
