Samus x Little Mac isn't so much a ship, but moreso Samus just loves messing with Little Mac after he punched her kidney. She's quite impressed he managed to hit her so hard despite her wearing the Powersuit.

The shipping is more of a rivalry. Since Samus is basically an Amazonian in his eyes (And because Samus made fun of his height,) he took offense and punched her right in the kidney. That's when they decided it was war. So Samus teasing Mac with her breasts is more of her trolling him over his size.

The ship is appropriate since Pit is an angel and Bayonetta hunts angels. Plus the ship is more of a troll relationship so Bayonetta can torture him. >:3

I just feel that many new ships these days are created through teasing rather than potential reasons. Β Same thing happened with Palutena/Lucina ever since that single picture Sakurai made happened, and now this. Β Then it's to be considered that Bayonetta does kill angels, and I surely wouldn't want Pit to be hurt like that. Β I mean I understand it's more of a joke relationship, and I'm all for Pit being teased a bit, but I suppose I'm also jealous that many new ships are getting quite a bit of attention while mine gets little no attention at all (Pit x Samus the main one btw).
