3rd piece of Pokemon divers, Lorelei from the episode S2E99 "The Mandarin Island Miss Match"
Holy crap this one took forever to do. Blame procrastination for that. At least it's finally done. The part that really urged me was Lorelei's hair, do to one many artists coloring it differently. One minute it's red, the next, it's purple, and in the anime, her hair is in between! So sorry if I got her color wrong. The part that really stood out to me though would have to be the watery like background, as with the ways to the colors blend it almost looks like icy water.
