wow, that's really dark and gloomy, but i like it like that, and the whole blackness around the sunset makes me feel like the closing in of dusk... nice stuff bro, you got a bigger version? that'd be one very cool wall poster! it frames itself perfectly

cheers, they were both cropped versions so not really big anyway. i didnt have the tripod in the car at the time so heaps of blurry shots too. its the water res up above brockville, mt grand.

i quite like it, it has that "roof above your head" feeling, you know when the clouds close in and you feel like you're in a house it's so thick above you.

howdy, ah i could try. it was a crop of a shot. i didnt have my tripod in the car so just had to try and hold the shot. when i look at the pic in big size most of it looks out of focus but i'll see how i go.
i know where this spot is now so can head back for more shots...but it was a very random sunset and also a random drive up the road..

That's the thing with sunset, blink and you miss them. Such a wonderful image. NZ has the best skies, had a stunner here tonight, blew me away
