Now that I know a little more about the Ice King’s back story, I can’t help feeling a little sad every time I see him in the show. I end up laughing at whatever he’s doing then a second later I remember Simon, as if he’s stood at the back of the scene just watching.Oh, and for anyone curious, her name is Decoy Princess

I feel the exact same way. Like yeah, what he's doing is funny, sometimes REALLY funny, but when you remember why he's acting that way... It just takes all of the funny out of it.
