You know, Electric Funeral is a good choice and all with it's depiction of a nuclear holocaust, but for whatever reason my personal Sabbath pick for Godzilla would be the title track from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - particularly for more tragic, mutated incarnations like '54 and (arguably) Shin - largely due to the lyrics "The people who have crippled you/you want to see them burn." Pointless, but just something I've always thought.
