First is unconsistent lighting ,making all piece worse,second is texturing,or lag of texturees,stilesation is good but if want to make it realistic use texture.Ambient lighting is a thing , in your work is usual dark around line,thats bad and unrealistic,color is normal but dark parts need more contrast,in bright part not bad but random lines not good because lips have texture with bright and dark spots ,that have bright shine.lightning have other issue ,this piece needs second light source and flat background make all worse in 100 times,soo you need to learn some textures ,about light and dark,last but not least it using of 3D space.I`m done
