I'm the wrong guy to ask about that - i'm traditional, BUT i would go with Clip Studio. It's unbelievably dynamic and inexpensive.

Awh damn.. i seriously thought some of the inking was done digitally as it looks just..perfect.. My bad !
So i guess if i already work with illustrator and photoshop there should be no issue here (vectorial / + coloring )
