Well I went and got the comic, and damn, it did not disappoint. Solid art all the way through, and it works really well with the darkness of the story. Job bloody well done! Nice to see your layout to inking process too.

Β How bout an art based question tho?
I notice the sky is left blank white, with a circle representing.... moon, or sun?
I think of it as night because of all the shadows, But I am not sure how you meant it.
Β The positive negative works well, but i just want clarification.

it's night.Β that circle is for the colorist to know where i wanted the moon and to the approximate size.Β Β when work is left open for color, it can look a bit odd in choices.Β just a difference from pure fine art.

Β Riiight Right. I Never think of the colorist.Β I am always thinking the Black and white should stand on its own with out the aid of color, Then the color can be added to accentuate.Β Β But thats Me.
I think of woman the same way really, make up is to add subtle enhancement, Not to redefine or take over the Woman.Β Some women just cake it on tho, as do some colorists.
Β I was expecting Night.Β It Is a fantastic borderline macabre piece.
( I personally have no taste for the turtles as a subject matter or comic book.Β Im a Dare devil Frank miller purist.Β lol.Β But thats me too. )Β I wish You a good stint on it, and pray I will findΒ you on on, sayyyy,.... the walking dead, some day.Β lol.Β

Whatever project it is you're doing here, it'll be legendary. It's reminiscent to me of the early gritty stuff, plus a bit of the exquisite madness of both Bisley and Zulli's turtles. But different of course, in your own style and with all that spectacular detail you do. Just gorgeous.
