Update:
Fixed the dome of his head. No longer does he have a "Gollum" shaped dome.
Shrunk the neck
Reverted the neck. Jaw was to "long" otherwise.
Version 1.3 What happened to the original and 1.2 version? Dead! I killed them, this is the new one to use!Β
So yeah, changes. Ugh - I tried (and I think I did) fix the skin texturing along with a small -2pxl height change. Nothing else beyond that worth note, just improvements over all.

Yeah man, the fricken head. Every time. I had to resize the damn thing 3-4 times before the final revision hear. It's always to small or a pxl to big
