Almost classified it as V1.5 instead though there is ALOT more done for it to be classified in the same release range. Anyhow - this one has a bit more done with it this time around. The next version v3.0 will have a better or a complete re-shade of the body. I just filled in some gaps to give it more depth.

*New Spines (not 100% happy with it)
*Increased color depth on the Tower Sprite
*Modified Colors of the inner elevator
*Added Metal Grids to the elevator shaft. (Thank you Linkzilla for the technique. Otherwise it would have been a GIMP effect instead)
*Added the base
*Added the office building between the feet
*Added the destroyed frame
