I never cared for the Jean/Logan pairing....I mean, Scott loves her like crazy and if she dumps him for Logan that would be mean. Plus, in X2 she proves that she is loyal to him and she loves him.Therefore I present the answer to the probelm, if you pair Scott with Jean and Ororo with Logan then no one gets a broken heart and everybody's happy. After all why should two people be happy when four can be estatic?

I really like the Ororo/Logan pair, it's sad how in the movies they broke Scott/Jean up just to put Logan/Jean in there... I think Ororo/Logan would've been great in the movies.

but scott has emma frost in the comics, to be honest the films sucked compared to the comics
and logan and jean have loved each other since childhood which is quite sweet

Actually Logan and another girl named Rose loved each other since childhood, but she looks very much like Jean, so I could get how that would be confusing... Jean reminds him of Rose alot, even though he doesn't remember that far back in his life. They have a whole five-six episode series about Logan aka James and Rose, called Wolverine Origins... It's in cartoon form. (Look it up on bing)
