I really liked the original from 2009 [link] but at the same time a couple of things always bothered me. Troy looks too elfish in the original, what with the big head and eyes, while she's supposed to look human (she isn't but she moves among them). But changing the drawing would mean a lot of extra work (something I'm allergic to) plus I didn't want to lose what I liked about it.A short 3 years later and I've finally decided to give it a go. I figured that if I scaled the items that were too big rather than redoing them I would be able to change the look and not change it at the same time, if you get what I mean. I think it worked

That was the problem with the first one; I liked it but it felt wrong nonetheless. I wanted to keep the prettiness, but I needed to lose the elf and get the human. Now it's much less difficult to imagine she can also be cool and tough
