Another thing you can do with skin, you can bruise it!

Okay, granted, it's not very decorative or all together that pleasant, but I do feel it should be part of the Skin Series.

As a woman full of bruises will quickly get the lable of being battered, using one of my most violent and bitchiest of characters, putting her in a sports situation and giving her an face that says something like "you should see the other guy*", seems like the smart thing to do. But I'll be honest, that's hindsight. The minute I thought 'bruises' I got the mental picture of Moray in green shorts and yellow shirt full of dirt with rugby ball under her arm as THE thing to draw. Goodness knows why, I don't even like watching sports, let alone rugby.

*To those of you who know Moray and are speculating who that other guy might be, let me ask you this: Do you really think he'd be that stupid to engage in a game of rugby with Moray?
