Gangyz has a similar issue, i can suggest 2 things:
1. Update your graphic drivers, no joke, i have a pretty solid nvidia, and even so had to update the drivers, they use a crap load of unique codes on Firefall
2. take a screen and post it to the forum or ingame, not only becaiuse devs read all messages, but because tyhe community has already faced every single issue you could imagiona already, so there is always someone that knows how to solve a problem
Without the battleframe garage, there is no progression, kinda sad, since its pretty essential
I hope, out of that issue, you enjoy the game...lol i really hope..(tell me you ingame name lol)
I have been holding back this week, trying to get updated with some drawings and all, since this friend called me this week to remind me about the editor thingie is still up...but yeah, wanted to pick firefall pretty bnad, since not only gangyz, but a couple of invited friends are poaying it, and they are all telling me all the crap they do everyday in game lol, and make me go "AAAFGH!!"
But yeah, is a beta, and it comes with its own share of bugs on graphical incompatibilities, easily fixed with driver updates (in my case)

screenshots are sent to "/my documents/my pictures/firefall" (weird location i know)
doubt is vista...and you pictured you cpu as pretty decent, firefall has many options so the running smooth thing shouldnt be an issue while on exteriors or gameplay in general, but not being able to see you battleframe garage, or even crashing whn opening it...
all I can say is, use the screens, since responses take pretty little to appear, or gimme ur chars name, and i can invite you to the EU server (ingame invite), gangyz is from NA, and she cant see the battleframe garage when she is in the EU serer, i kinda doubt that could have to do, but who knows
besides that is it running ok or you didnt get to play it at all?

I played a little with no problems and the "new you" screen loads fine. I meant I can't take a screenshot because it goes dead and the only thing left to do is to turn off manually. Batman did this too and I'm slowly losing patience

well, sounds like a graphical thingy, but if you say its updated...there must be something else going on, since i doubt either Batman or Firefall has that glitch intentionally...I guess here i cannot push you away of the computer and try to dig myself lol ยฌยฌ
if you like the game, i really suggest to adress it to the forum, mainly because it helps them know what's going on...I dont wanna make overdo anything, so its up to you, with bandicam you can take screenshots in games (is how i take all my screns in games, or record them)
to me is a shame if there is no solution, cause you wont be able to really find out what and why are you shooting, since the BF garage is where you equip all you unlock...and not being able to kill some aliens with u lol...sad story
as I said, a last attemp might be what i mentioned about adding me, since the game servers are split in a pretty different way from conventionally...ppl can joins friend's servers once in the same party...Im in EU, not sure if you are aswell...
