Another bird for the clockwork series. This one was an experiment in several ways; the biggest is that it's all digital, rather than watercolor/ink like the earlier pieces. But I also wanted to try some new things as far as the gear positions and different decorations. Overall I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, although painting black is a challenge at the best of times.

I'm not sure if I'll continue the series in this style (digital) but I do think I'll do at least a few more pieces this way.
