Based off of a scene in the episode of Hamtaro when Sandy confides in Hamtaro about her crush on Maxwell.Kind of noticed that all of the girls were all "squeee so romaaantic"... even Penelope! Pretty sure she just imitates the older Hams...
why the HECK does Pashmina always end up taller than the other girls?

I ship Sandy with Maxwell, Bijou with Hamtaro, and Penelope with Cappy. I don't know who to ship Pashmina with. (I actually don't ship her with Howdy or Dexter. I think Pashmina would prefer someone who doesn't get competitive over her.)
