Description
Fluttaflap, the Vampiric Moth.For this one, my first bug-type, I used Butterfree as a guideline, but this IS a completely scratched sprite, although its left eye is a pixel-perfect recreation of Beautifly's eye.
This is also my fiftieth upload into the sprite category. And only half of them are utterly awful!
Fluttaflap evolves from Dracune at level 10, which evolves from Vamporm at level 7

No, it actually isn't. It is scratch, but based on/inspired by Butterfree, which is based on butterflies. I would say it is genetically related to Butterfree, same as chimps and humans; one walks upright most of the time and uses tools, and one eats your face. I'll let you decide which is which.

Thank you for your amazing feedback, essentially repeating what I discussed in my artist comment. As I said, I used Butterfree as a guide for the sprite, so of course they would look similar. And, actually, you DID say it was butterfree. Twice.
Going in, I fully knew that this resembled butterfree...it was kinda the point, since it is replacing butterfree in the dex. I am not sure why you continue to repeat it ad nauseum...
