"Cotton Candy Octopus"~

I hope you like how he turned out. Since a specific outfit wasn't requested, I decided to take some creative liberties and draw him in his undersea form (using his overblot design as a basis and making some tweaks here and there). I completely missed out on "Mer-may" this year and I guess this is me trying to make up for it. My favorite part was the hair. I really like the hair. I hope the colors don't hurt anyone's eyes. . .like I really am sorry if it does. ;-;
