I made the costume, bought the glasses online on Ebay and added the blue hue under the glass, and I got the wig off of Ebay, too.

I modified it with the cutie mark and other add-ons, but the original blue suit can be found on Ebay.

How what? How I searched in Ebay? Easy - look up Blue body Suit, or Jump Suit.
As for the sewing, I used a walking foot so the fabric wouldn't bunch.
