It differentiates the number of effects in the card,OCG is applying this to all cards starting from the next pack. It is supposed to help with rulings and disputes apparently.

It wouldn't complicate anything that i would know of.For one thing,its gonna be a while until we even have these cards imported to TCG;its also a fairly mild adjustment from the current way, just think of it as where a period or a comma would be.Can't wait to see more Pendulums though,and i hope we get some TCG exclusive ones too Xd
