This Flygon plush was a commission.My very first pokemon plush. It is around 16 inches tall, the arms and fingers are posable, it is made of soft minky.
I have to confess that I know very little of pokemon, but I like these figures and I always wanted to make a plush of one of them.

Yes you're right, but I don't know how to do it like in the drawing, because it looks like some kind of a bulb and inside that the eye. I checked other flygon plushies and they had the eye sewed on with white color.
