I think this is as accurate as you can get when imagining these two meeting each other (especially when you consider the fact that Bloo is basically Lord Hater as a good guy). And I bet Bloo's pouting because Wander keeps getting in the way of his schemes:
"Instead of playing mean ol' pranks, why don't you try helping people out from the goodness of your heart?"
"Shut up, Wander."
Heck, Wander and Bloo could be the child-friendly versions of David and Max from Camp Camp! XD

I actually found Wander's character of the selfless idiot more likable than that of Bloo's selfish idiot. Β

Why does Bloo always have to have that jealous look on his face?

Bloo's always had a tendency to be needy. If anyone else is potentially drawing the attention of Mac or anyone else away from him, he'll often act hostile or even resort to sabotage (see episodes like "Mac Daddy" and "Bloo Dunnit" as examples). While it is clear that Bloo does it this for sake of his own ego, part of me thinks that he's also afraid that Mac will abandon him and he'll be picked up by a complete stranger. And chances are that Wander would initially be another threat to Bloo's insecurity with how much more selfless he is (even though Wander also has his own issues, like his obsessive-compulsive tendencies).

I just realized Wander is Cheese if he had more of Wilt's personality. Funny thing about this pic is that Bloo and Lord Hater have the same voice actor.

That's just mean-spirited, he was genuinely nice in the first few seasons you know.

Actually I take that back..... because I see that he isn't as much of a jerk later on as you're making him out to be. I just rewatched the whole series. >:c sure he had his moments, but he still seemed to genuinely care about Mac. Telling him "hahah mac doesn't really care about you your existance was a mistake! xDDD" is really, really cold, even if it is a cartoon.
If he wasn't a truly a good friend or didn't have redeeming qualities,
I don't think Mac would've continued visiting him for so long. But he does continue to visit him, because he can see that Bloo despite all of his jerk tendencies does have a heart and cares for others.
