If I may ask..How do you make these bases? I'd like to make my own pony pictures, and I only have MS Paint, and I'm not the best at drawing..So if you have a program that helps you make these..Could you let me know, please? You don't need to help, but I'd love some, if you're willing to give it.

I only use MS paint and Paint tool Sai
Paint tool Sai to turn the picture black and white
and MS paint so you can trace
