Ohwahhhh sucky title >.<Colored my own lineart from a while back.
All done in GIMP. :] I'm trying to improve with digital art....4 layers on this one.
Added the sparklies in the bg to liven things up.
Plus I just love sparkly, glittery things.
Yay.

Okay looking at this now, the way how you drew sparkle here, she actually kinda looks like an "alt costume" for bijou for some reason. XD

I scanned the lineart into GIMP, colored it in and then put the sparklies and gradient shading on last. :3
