My very first Gif! I got the frames from the HeartGold/SoulSilver Eevee, spliced it to make it Vulpix then made it into the GIF. I Know I need to improve, so please tell me ^-^Again please don't take/credit as your own. Ask or something (Donno why anyone would want it anyway xD)
