This is a reply to an ask I got on my askblog KamaboColossus , since I put so much work into this ask I figured I'd post it here.And yes, this actually is canon but I took some liberties.
Since this info was from the Splatoon 1 artbook (thus a tad outdated) I replaced the experimental nuke Judd's owner sold to the government with the NILS Cannon to better align with Octo Expansion.
Him selling it to the blue leader is just a guess on my part due to the blue splatter on his scroll artwork.
