Ohhh
I see what you did. You only have one layer of white background, when each layer should have a full white background. I can easily fix this for you if you want?
Better explanation:
you have A background layer, and its white. however, each layer has a transparent background, but you can't see this because you still see the white background behind it, since its transparent. so, what you need to do is take EACH AND EVERY layer with the picture on it, and just 'fill' the empty transparent space with white. c: Its actually easy, only Im really bad at explaining things. >.< Let me know if it helped.

Oh, all you have to do is click the 'copy layer' button for each layer, that way you have two of every layer, and to SEE it, go to 'filter' I think? and you'll see Playback>Animation and you can just watch it there. c:
