Same, Simm was my first and I love him dearly, but he is a very different master then his previous forms. Delgado is just such a classic adorable BAMF, AND he had the advantage of being there like every other episode. I have seen Ainley the least, but I do love him for his complete lasciviously creeper-like manner, with his leers and "My dear Doctor"s...I just love them all X3. Even Goosnake!Roberts.
