* It is horribly weak and helpless, always demanding food. Its hunger for live Pokémon is never satisfied.

The first half of the story is the same, the flute and being unable to get an egg. no bad egg however.
The second story was due to an action replay cheat where if you press the L Trigger you automatically get an egg and they had made the mistake of pressing the trigger when there was only one pokemon in the daycare and being dumb enough to not close the game right then and there and actually kept the egg. they then hatched the egg and a square glitch pokemon that was shiny and had a bulbasaur cry and functioned how Manafetus does.

Lost a manaphy via action replay and had a glitch pokemon that are all their pokemon.
