* Was originally intended as a spy for a customer, but disappeared and fled into the vents. Attempts to reclaim PHOBIA were made, but was soon discovered to be managing the Joltik infestation inside the building, so they were left alone.

* PHOBIA lives in a deep part of the facility's air vents, with massive electric webs clogging most of the ducts to prevent most intruders from entering the Joltiks' territory.

* Joltik live everywhere within the walls of SPLICE, hearing of everything that happens. This thread of gossip always finds its way back to PHOBIA, who is the culmination of knowledge on SPLICE lore and drama.

* If you approach PHOBIA's lair seeking knowledge, always bring a food offering, or you'll become PHOBIA's next meal.
