"Wait, don't tell me you've made an Beano oc based off love spirits and that...nobody likes a-" So what!? Why can't I make an oc thats based off something like a cupid? If theres nothing that makes people fall in love, how's love possible? Sorry...I am aware the Beano isn't the sort of comic thats romanticy and most kids here hate romance here anyway. Soo...

I developed the idea of her before I started my DeviantART account and to be honest, she's lovely to be fair. I thought, if kids in BeanoTown suddenly get powers (as seen in the Make Me a Menace! and Beano Boss/So Beano comics based off real kids) then why not have a kid that posses the power of a love spirit! Okay, I actually didn't have a reason why but you know what, it is what it is. Sometimes, I feel like the song called "Cupid"(the one by Fifty Fifty) was the reason I created her in the first place! xD

So, this is Lovable Loura (most people call her Cupid because her duty is basically like Cupid's expect with a few differences). Her full name(or human name) is Lourelle Rubybell and when not in her duty, she is an ordinary girl who's a little different from the rest! When its time for duty, she uses her bracelet (I forgot to draw the bracelet T_T) and transforms into her cupid-like form!

She shoots arrows at the right moments into anyone about to fall in love. However, she is quite clumsy and sometimes her arrows go missing or they just land into the wrong moments. Overall, she doesn't just use the love spirit form for her duty, she also uses it for fun purposes! With the power of wings, she loves to fly about in the sky and sit in the clouds.

And oh, no, she isn't falling in love with you! She just has heart shaped pupils (and irises) that was part of the form. (although, she can fall in love too! She currently has a crush on a certain somebody...)

I decided to play around with lightning and edited the effects of the drawing to match with the theme around it. I definitely enjoyed the result! Oh, gosh, I wrote so much, didn't I? So sorry I had to make you read this long, I know some of you lot don't have the time to read so, i'm going to conclude everything here. Have a great day!
