Sparky finally draws something non-Beano related!? Well, technically the Dandy is quite linked to the Beano, not sure.

Anyway, decided to do one of the normal stuff I do when I draw...redraw one of the scenes from a story! This time, I decided to redraw the ending of one of the George vs Dragon stories in the new 2024 Dandy annual because I thought it was quite nice to draw...

When it came to drawing dragon, I wasn't sure if i'd draw their dragon form or turn them human(okay, I don't know Dragon's gender so i'm sticking to they/them) because while I normally draw characters that arent humans as humans, I also wanted to try something more than humans and thus I wanted to try and draw them as a proper dragon....I ended up sticking to the human form because I didn't think I would like the drawing of the dragon form with anime-looking eyes...

The rest was fine! I used my new colouring pencils from Latvia because my usual lot were getting shorter and I am slowly running out of colours but the colouring process was the same. Then I decided to slap some star stickers because why not!

In the end, I opened up my digital art program and made the speech bubbles because I couldn't do it traditionally. Honestly, it looked really cute to me! I might have a go at drawing something the Dandy related again anytime.
