I have so many things that I want to make stamps for, but I'm too lazy to figure out how it's done.....

Maybe because I'm viewing this in an outdated version of IE, but there's no transparent borders? o_O

Internet Explorer 6 doesn't support transparent PNG files, so this Stamp will have a black background :U
