I had this little comic thing in my head for such a long time ever since I had to listen to Ulfric gripe about hating black people (Dunmer folk).Galmar is..enraptured by such intellect.

I think the only elves he actually hates are the ones in the Thalmor (mostly High Elves), but his people have misinterpreted that to mean all elves.
