Considering that they're only catlike in their ears and tail, and otherwise human, catnip would have no affect on him.
A few seconds later, and Leif has an idea for a Vine.
Normally I don't answer questions that start off like "to any of your OCs" because I'm indecisive and stuff. But I made an exception here because the asker was more specific by asking the neko characters, which narrows it down more.
