Just a few quickies of my kemonomimi baes without their human ears. This is how they'll be drawn from now on.Top: Haley, Haru, & Conner

I they do look better without them. Β Especially with Leif and his messy hair, I dunno.
Oh wait, did you switch the "far" ear to be facing forward? I don't remember seeing, for example, the inside of Evan or Conner's left ear.Β

what made u wanna change that? u realize how awkward itl be when you draw them upside down or with their hair being blowed everywhere xD

Well quite a few reasons. For one, a lot of people who draw only animal ears make it look good. I like how some of my characters look without visible human ears. Also it's actually a lot smarter to go with just animal ears when the Teenage Wasteland cast lives in a world where all people have animal ears and tails. Plus it eliminates the issue of which ears they hear out of, and which ones need earbuds. Plus, human ears make it look like the animal ones are just for show.
I've thought about this for a while, but I wasn't sure whether or not to do it with the more recent refs and all (which some still need to be fixed).
