So...I went back and looked at the PCH journals, and Dos Velos (and it's sister city) have weather like California, so winter for these two is chilly at best, no snow, no below-zero temperatures. Still good for sharing a huge scarf.Pavi belongs to Galactic-Maniac (hope his outfit looks ok; lemme know if I need to fix anything)
