Occupation: Governor General. Basically he manages a lot of political affairs too trivial for Wolfram to mess with. He keeps the kingdom running smoothly and makes sure the records are flawless. And he LOVES it. Wolfram thinks he's insane, but he's glad it means less work for him.

Hobbyist Clockmaker. He especially loves to make little pocket watches, which he gives to his good friends. He made a really lovely one for Dust that has a swan and rabbit engraved on it. The tick of the clocks help soothe his anxiety and nerves (what a weirdo).

Skills:

-Verto! Transformation into a large rabbit. This skill takes no effort, in fact it tends to happen randomly when he's scared or intimidated, and it's really frustrating for him. Especially since Wolf makes fun of him for it. When he's in rabbit form, he can obviously run extremely fast and his hearing increases exponentially. Rabbits can see NEARLY 360 degrees, their nose forming their only blind spot. He can talk as well, but it makes his nose twitch horribly and is so stuttered he finds it's not even worth the effort. He's very fragile in this form and tends to get hauled around by his ears by Wolf if he's not careful. He prefers to stay a human because he doesn't like being so tiny.

-Perfodio! This ability allows him to quickly dig deep into the ground, creating a burrow or a network of tunnels. Really convenient for infiltration and spying. Or hiding from Wolf. It doesn't take too much energy, especially if he's high on adrenaline, which is most of the time. He needs to eat afterwards or he'll get weak. He doesn't like to get dirty though, so he considers this a useless power.

-Omni Totus! This skill allows him to multiply his rabbit abilities in human form, increasing them far beyond normal capabilities, even when he's a rabbit. His fingernails and teeth grow longer and get harder and sharper and his eyes turn red and his hair becomes pure white. His personality is also no longer reserved and mature, but becomes very cruel and mischievous. He can now also run insanely fast, jump ridiculously high, hear people from almost a mile away, feel tremors in the ground from movement at large distances, and see a complete 360 degrees (though that is not as much through his real eyes as a mental thing and with his senses). He can also kick someone so hard that it can easily leave them with a broken bone, or even kill them. It's his ultimate defense and offence. This power takes a lot of energy and he can only keep it up for 15 minutes. Afterwards if he doesn't eat instantly he'll faint from the extreme use of energy. If he uses it too often without enough food and rest between use he could kill himself. He's not typically a fan of using this power either, so he's often frustrated at how "useless" all his powers are. This is Wolf's favorite because he thinks bunny boy's finally grows some "real" backbone.

He is known to resort to sarcasm around people he's comfortable with, often talking down to them. (*cough Wolfram and Remiel cough*) He also tends to be melodramatic and pessimistic, making him NOT a fun person to be around.
He takes A LOT of little naps, but is wide awake at dawn and dusk, and most tired mid-day. However it's hard to tell when he's asleep, because he sleeps with his eyes open. Obviously he's a vegetarian, and because of his extremely high metabolism he SNACKS ALL THE TIME. His favorite snack is Timothy-Grass, aka common cat's tail, and he greatly enjoys carrots, parsley, and apples. Even though he's naturally timid, he gets fearfully aggressive when cornered, and will bite and scratch, often reverting to his rabbit form.

History:Oliver was born and raised in the Grimm Kingdom, and he is the only reincarnation in his entire family. Obviously he knew that as soon as he turned 13 he would be out of there and be able to live in the Lutin Kingdom, and he eagerly anticipated the day of his Sorting Ceremony. Living with his family was hard; they were rough around the edges and he was the runt of the liter. He is one of many, many brothers and sisters. He has more siblings then he can remember, to be honest, but he is fairly close with one of his younger sisters, named Luna. She's 17 years old and she was the only family member of his that wanted to go to Lutin with him. She saved up and got a passport just so she could still come visit, but other than that he doesn't have too much connection with his family. His mother is a cold and forceful person, and his father is always business and bluster. He actually holds a level of disdain for his family as when he was able to become Governor General they tried to mooch money off of him (even though his family isn't poor by any means anymore-they used to be dirt broke. He's uncertain how they come across the money but he imagines it wasn't a clean way). When he was 8 years old he met the future king of Grimm, and while they started off as friends, for some reason things eventually took a hostile turn. During his friendship with Remiel he also met Wolf a few times, but he didn't really remember him very well because he thought he was annoying, so when he started working for him once they were older he honestly doesn't remember ever having met him. Who knows if the strange King remembers him.

When Oliver was young, he often got teased for how tiny he was (his older siblings picked on him too, because even they were bigger and more muscular. His parents kicked him around a bit too), and for the fact that he had a very pretty face and was often mistaken for a girl (because of this he usually wore giant thick glasses to hide his eyes). Now if anyone calls him a girl he gets extremely angry, and could even be driven to the point of releasing Omin Totus. He attended a small school when he was little where he met Dust. As being outcasts they had no one else, so they hung out, but they instantly bonded and got along great, and Oliver counts him as one of his dearest friends. However both of them were interested in getting away from their bustling families, and so they made a pact together to pursue educating themselves where they could work in the King's palace. Oliver, fascinated with politics and the keeping of records and the kingdom at a young age dreamed of becoming Governor General, while Dust wanted to be the Head Butler. They both studied very hard and when the time rolled around for the new king to pick his staff (Oliver is 17 at this point), they applied and Wolfram liked them.

Unfortunately for both of them, they were not expecting the temperament of the king, and while neither of them regret their choice, Wolfram does make it a lot harder on them.

As the years passed Oliver became used to the busy (and frustrating thanks to Wolf) life of being the Governor General, but much to his distress Dust decided to retire from being the Head Butler and move on. Now Adaline Leclair took his place, a woman who at first Oliver was quite fond of thanks to her ecellent work, but has recently made his "do not trust" list thanks to a certain incident. He recently started courting the lovely Moana Pau.

He carries a small dagger in his boot, but he mostly uses it as a paperweight to be honest.
He ALWAYS introduces himself with his full name. Every. Time.
He doesn't drink alcohol, but if anyone ever did convince him or trick him into it, he would get SMASHED. He's SUPER lightweight, and the character traits that would come out are sure to be memorable.
