This is my dog. He's a German Shepherd Beagle mix, we got him November 8, 2013, and he's our family's furry baby. He's named for the horse in Parks & Rec. I thought of the name.Related content

He's a little over two, the adoption place pinned his birthday around mid-September.

Aww, he's such a handsome boy! Which side does he favor - does he try to herd anything that moves, like humans or other animals, or is he too busy sniffing everything in existence?Β

He'll sniff and try to eat anything he can get his nose near. He'll stall on walks by sniffing and digging his nose into leaves, and for some reason, he has a need to sniff our hair and our breath after we eat. He's not much of a herder, but he'll try to catch bugs in the house by jumping up and snapping at them. It's cute to watch.
