The original pose for this was from my sketch dump for Discord... I had a random little Fluttershy on the page with him and I just COULDN'T resist finishing it up!~This is the first time that I didnt need a reference or tutorial for a background also and I am very pleased with myself! ^^
Also, at first I wasn't going to add a bg and leave it transparent, but I sure am happy I did otherwise.
Pink cotton candy clouds of coarse but I don't think Fluttershy minds currently.

Yeah, Hehe they are a bit low. I'm still refining how I draw him though, and I meant for his head to be faced down more but just ended up with the little eye problem

im cluless on how to help you whit the head facing dow.
but the you might as well fix the positioning to get a facing-right look, it should be easy to do so, just drag the eyes and eyebrows to the thicker part of his head and smooth out the "cheek" line on the right side (your right) of his face.
you might need to make the eyes a bit bigger too.
but aniway, thats up to you.
